The Scram Technology Laminator (STL) consists of the following major components:
-Main control panel'(CP1), housing necessary power distribution and system controls (480VAC, 1PH, 7A, 60Hz incoming power).
-Main operator panel (OP1), housing primary operator controls.
-Teknek web cleaner.
-Upper & lower laminator nip rolls.
-Upper & lower drive (pull roll) nip rolls.
-Top lamination assembly with unwind dancer, tensioning brake, & interleaf rewind gearmotor.
-Bottom lamination assembly with unwind dancer, tensioning brake, & interleaf rewind gearmotor.
-E-stop pushbutton(s) located strategically around the machine.
-Necessary guarding on the Alpha Auto Stacker, with interlocked access door(s) as required.
-The STL uses an Allen-Bradley programmable controller to provide necessary control logic for operation.
